The registration fee for in-person attendance includes the social event (cocktail and banquet on June 1), breakfast, lunch, and morning/afternoon coffee/snacks for the duration of the 2-day meeting.
Social event: this is a wonderful opportunity for the meeting attendees to network and establish camaraderie and also enjoy a great evening.

Please send your refund or exchange request  before April 15 by sending an email to Ms. Élodie Kodjo (elodie.kodjo.chum@ssss.gouv.qc.ca). After April 15, 2022, no refund or exchange requests will be accepted, but you can always transfer your registration to your colleagues. All the financial transactions related to refund and exchange will be processed in the first week of June 2022, and you can expect to receive the reimbursement before June 20, 2022

We will issue a formal receipt once a week on Fridays for those registered during the week. So do not worry if your online receipt is not formatted nicely.

Due to logistics reasons,  the registration fee for those who will be registered in after April 10, 2022 will not be refundable. However, they are transferable to your colleagues.

For those whose who have already registered but cannot come to Montreal on the new scheduled date on June 1 and 2, 2022, we offer the following solutions because the meeting organizer could not convene the Congress in June 2020 due to the Covid-19 outbreak:
1- Attend the Congress via Zoom at a reduced fee of $80USD
2 -Transfer your registration to your colleagues
3- Cancel your registration by contacting Congress secretary Manon Livernois. A $60 flat cancelation fee will apply. The reasons for this fee were explained to you in our previous newsletter to registered participants.
